All deliveries are insured so if your prints arrived damaged please contact me with a photo of the outside parcel and the damaged prints with your order number and I will coordinate to have new prints out to you as soon possible.

If you are not home, Australia Post will leave if it’s deemed safe to do so. Otherwise they will leave a card for you to collect at your nearest post office.

Yes. Once your print is on its way, you’ll receive a tracking number to your inbox. You can use this to track your delivery.
